Assignment Description

We are seeking a Master Data Administrator with strong experience in engineering workflows and PLM systems for a full-time assignment in Lund.

Responsibilities Include:

• Extracting component data from multiple sources to structure and consolidate information into the EAM system.
• 
  
• Managing and manipulating large datasets using Excel.
• 
  
• Importing data into HxGN EAM using import and upload utilities.
• 
  
• Creating maintenance plans, task plans, and checklists in collaboration with maintenance teams and system owners.
• 
  
• Supporting asset and part management according to established procedures.
• 
  
• Reading and extracting information from mechanical/electrical drawings and P&IDs.
• 
  
• Assisting in technical procurement through the Material Master forum.
• 
  
• Managing and correcting data structures between PLM and EAM systems.

Qualifications:

• Excellent Excel skills, including handling and automating large datasets.
• 
  
• Experience or familiarity with HxGN EAM and Dassault Systems 3DExperience is a plus.
• 
  
• Solid engineering understanding; ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• 
  
• Knowledge of procurement, engineering, and maintenance principles.
• 
  
• Relevant engineering degree with several years of experience.
• 
  
• Structured, analytical, and proactive in information gathering and cross-department coordination.
