We are on an exciting growth journey and are now looking for a driven CRM Manager who wants to be part of shaping the customer relationships of the future.
About the role
We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on CRM Manager to take full ownership of the customer lifecycle across both B2C and B2B. This is not a campaign scheduler role – it’s about building a CRM ecosystem that drives growth, retention, and lifetime value across multiple verticals.
You will lead lifecycle marketing efforts – from onboarding and activation to monetisation and winback. You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Analytics, Tech, Compliance, and Creative, and operate Braze (and related tools) to deliver event-driven, personalised, and compliant communication at scale.
What you'll do
- Own and execute the full CRM lifecycle strategy for B2C and B2B products.
- Build lifecycle journeys for onboarding, engagement, upsell, retention, winback.
- Design flows that improve customer lifetime value (CLV) and reduce churn.
- Operate and evolve journeys in Braze, leveraging segmentation, dynamic content, and real-time triggers.
- Run A/B and multivariate tests to optimise each stage of the funnel
- Monitor KPIs such as activation, retention, product penetration, and winback – and take action based on insights.
- Ensure all touchpoints comply with legal and regulatory requirements (e.g., credit, dormant accounts.
Your background
You’re a hands-on CRM specialist who loves building journeys, testing flows, and optimising performance. You have a structured, data-driven mindset and are comfortable taking ownership of execution while collaborating across teams. Whether it’s tweaking a Braze flow, analysing lifecycle metrics, or working with compliance to get messaging right - you get things done.
You're not just a doer; you’re someone who actively improves what already exists. You care about performance, precision, and turning CRM into something customers feel - not just see. What you bring:
- 3–5+ years of experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing, ideally in fintech, SaaS, e-commerce, or subscription-based environments.
- Strong hands-on experience working with Braze or similar platforms (e.g., building journeys, segmentation, dynamic content, triggers).
- Comfortable working with customer data (event-based and behavioural) to drive segmentation and logic.
- Experience with A/B testing, funnel performance metrics, and turning insights into action.
- Clear communicator who can collaborate across Product, Tech, Compliance, Analytics, and Creative.
- Fluent in Swedish and English

- Experience working in a regulated industry (e.g. finance, insurance, health)
- Good copywriting or editing skills
- Familiarity with AI-powered features in CRM (predictive scoring, dynamic content, etc.)
- Experience balancing both B2C and B2B CRM needs and messaging styles
