Assignment Description

We are currently seeking a Client Administrator / Infrastructure Service Consultant on behalf of our client, to support day-to-day IT operations within the Field Service Engineers Support Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily operational support for Field Service Engineers
• Deploy applications using SCCM
• Execute general operational and support tasks
• Deliver Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support
• Identify and drive improvements in service quality and efficiency
• Stay current on evolving technologies and security threats

Technical Skills & Expertise

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and SCCM for application deployment
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS in enterprise environments
• Experience in end-user support and enterprise IT services
• Familiarity with PowerShell and Batch scripting
• Understanding of VMware or similar virtualization tools for package testing
• Working knowledge of Windows patching and troubleshooting
• Basic knowledge of networking and network security
• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory
• Understanding of ITIL processes
• Broad knowledge of Microsoft infrastructure environments
