Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Power BI Developer with strong experience in data modelling, report development, and dashboard creation. This role involves maintaining and enhancing critical reporting tools while working closely with stakeholders across the organization. Familiarity with Power Platform tools such as Power Apps and Power Automate is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-performance Power BI dashboards and reports
• Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and propose effective BI solutions
• Provide support for existing reports such as KPI Toolbox, Compliance House, and Litigation Tool
• Integrate data from various sources including Azure SQL, SharePoint, Alphabet CMDB, ServiceNow, and on-premise systems
• Implement role-level security and manage access controls in Power BI
• Assist with testing, deployment, and documentation of solutions
• Handle ad hoc reporting needs (e.g., Export on Demand, OneTrust, DocuSign)
• Ensure data quality and compliance in collaboration with IT security and data governance teams
• Stay updated on Power BI best practices and updates to drive improvements
• Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices
• Use Power Apps and Power Automate for integration across the Power Platform

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, Power Query, report/dashboard development)
• Proficient in working with Azure SQL, SharePoint, and hybrid/on-premise data environments
• Strong understanding of data integration, database management, and role-based access
• Advanced skills in Excel, Power Query, and data transformation
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Relevant Microsoft certifications are a plus
