Assignment Description:

Our client is seeking a skilled SharePoint Consultant with deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools such as SharePoint, Teams, and Viva. The consultant will be responsible for creating, developing, and optimizing solutions within the Microsoft 365 environment and collaborating closely with teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and configure Teams templates
• Integrate SharePoint news feeds into Teams
• Develop and implement Viva dashboards
• Set up production homepages in Teams
• Manage Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and dynamic groups
• Configure and assign permissions within Microsoft 365
• Conduct testing and ensure quality assurance of solutions
• Document solutions and processes for smooth handover to relevant teams
• Collaborate with teams and stakeholders and communicate technical solutions clearly

Required Competencies:

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools, including SharePoint, Teams, and Viva
• Experience working with Microsoft 365 admin portals
• Skilled in creating Teams templates and integrating external news feeds
• Understanding of MFA, dynamic groups, and alternative solutions
• Strong testing and quality assurance skills
• Ability to document technical solutions and workflows
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience implementing Microsoft 365 tools and leading change management for both administrative and operational staff
• Experience working in an agile environment
