We are now looking for a CEO for an exciting company within an established yet evolving industry. This is a key leadership role with significant influence over the company’s future direction – both in terms of business development and brand positioning.

About the role
As CEO, you will be responsible for leading the company’s overall development and market presence. You’ll be expected to take ownership of the strategic vision while also being actively involved in day-to-day operations, with a particular focus on building a strong, differentiated brand.

You’re someone who enjoys working independently, takes initiative, and is used to making decisions. You have a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, and you are confident representing a business in various forums and dialogues – always with the goal of creating engagement and alignment.

Din Profil
We’re looking for someone who:

• Has experience from a senior leadership role, preferably as a CEO or similar strategic position
• Has a track record of successfully building or developing a brand
• Is comfortable managing a wide range of external relationships
• Is communicative, business-oriented, and self-driven
• Thrives in entrepreneurial settings where strategy meets execution

Experience from industries where trust, quality, and long-term relationships are key success factors is a plus.

Location

The position is based in Stockholm, Sweden.
