Assignment Overview

Our client is looking for a Senior Management Support Consultant to assist in Strategic Technology Management. The focus will be on enabling operational execution of governance frameworks and supporting strategic decision-making in line with the company’s core and innovation-related goals. This role includes cross-functional collaboration and high-level stakeholder engagement across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations related to Core/Non-core activities and Research & Innovation
• Implement and manage governance frameworks in line with the corporate strategy
• Plan, organize, and facilitate cross-functional meetings involving senior stakeholders
• Document and follow up on meeting decisions, strategic roadmaps, and action items
• Work closely with leadership in R&D, Innovation, Production, Procurement, and Strategy departments
• Facilitate strategic planning workshops and innovation sessions
• Act as an interface to align cross-functional topics and maintain coherence across domains

Requirements

• 5–10 years of relevant professional experience, preferably within the automotive industry
• Demonstrated experience in strategic management, innovation planning, and governance
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with senior leadership
• Self-driven and capable of independently managing complex strategic initiatives
• Availability to work onsite in Södertälje part-time (hybrid setup)
