Assignment Overview

We are looking for a Solution Architect for the Support Services Portfolio Area on behalf of our client.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architecture work within the “Support Services Portfolio Area” at VGR
• Participate in workshops for process and information mapping with business stakeholders
• Perform information classification and risk analysis
• Model architecture diagrams, consolidate and analyze solutions in the portfolio
• Manage IT requirements and ensure alignment with technical delivery
• Collaborate with business domain architects
• Coordinate with integration and infrastructure teams

Consultant Profile

• Strong leadership and communication skills in complex environments
• Comfortable with both client and stakeholder interactions
• Self-driven and proactive in delivery and coordination
• Fluent in Swedish (spoken and written)

Mandatory Requirements (Must-have)

• Minimum 10 years of experience as an IT architect, with solid background in system modeling
• Proven and documented experience in the implementation of IT systems
• Strong skills in requirements gathering and transforming user/business needs into technical solutions
• Relevant university degree
• Experience in similar assignments
• Excellent documentation and presentation skills in Swedish
• Must provide references (contact persons or examples of previous work)
• Swedish citizenship (required for potential security clearance)

Evaluation Criteria (Nice-to-have)

• TOGAF certification
• Experience working in public sector organizations, especially knowledge of VGR
• Project experience in the healthcare sector
