Sales Operations Lead 

Nimblr is the Nordic leader in cybersecurity awareness training, trusted by over 5,000 customers. As we scale across Europe with a partner-led growth model, we’re looking for a Sales Operations Lead to help lay the foundation for our next phase. In this role, you’ll shape the structure, tools, and processes that empower our sales teams across multiple markets. Key Responsibilities

As Sales Operations Lead, you’ll play a key role in scaling Nimblr’s revenue operations across our growing international footprint. From optimising sales processes and systems to owning commissions, performance analytics, and go-to-market readiness — you’ll ensure our teams are equipped to succeed in every market. This is a hands-on, high-impact role at the heart of our commercial expansion. Key responsibilities include:

Sales Operations & Process Excellence
  • Drive consistency and efficiency in HubSpot workflows, pipeline management, and opportunity tracking.

  • Ensure cross-market process alignment between direct and partner sales teams.

  • Design and roll out structured playbooks, sales cadences, and qualification models tailored to each market.

Multi-Country Sales Support
  • Support a distributed sales organization across multiple countries with tools, reporting, and best practices.

  • Adapt systems and workflows to meet market-specific requirements while maintaining global consistency.

  • Act as the primary operations point of contact for international sales reps and managers.

System Integration & Data Flow Management
  • Own integration of HubSpot, Younium, and the Nimblr Portal, ensuring accurate data across customer usage, subscriptions, and billing.

  • Collaborate with tech and finance teams to automate workflows and minimize manual reporting.

Analytics, Forecasting & Commissions
  • Build dashboards and tools to monitor KPIs, conversion rates, and regional performance trends.

  • Partner with finance to manage forecasting and revenue tracking across all markets.

  • Fully own the commission calculation process, ensuring timely, transparent, and error-free payouts across sales roles and regions.

New Market Entry & GTM Readiness
  • Drive operational readiness for new market launches.

  • Help define market-specific reporting, onboarding, and partner workflows to ensure scalable growth.

  • Collaborate on pricing strategy, local partner models, and pipeline infrastructure for new territories.

Enablement & Onboarding
  • Lead onboarding of new sales hires with structured training, HubSpot setup, and process orientation.

  • Ensure ongoing adoption and optimization of sales tools and performance routines.

What we are looking for
  • 3–6 years of experience in Sales or Revenue Operations, ideally within a multi-national B2B SaaS company.
  • Hands-on expertise with HubSpot and familiarity with Younium or similar tools.
  • Proven success in managing commissions, reporting, and data operations across markets and teams.
  • Experience supporting international sales organisations, including both direct and partner-led channels.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficient Excel skills and confidence using data analytics tools like Power BI.
  • Comfortable collaborating across sales, finance, marketing, and product teams to drive alignment and efficiency.
  • Fluency in a Nordic language is required.
