We are hiring Senior Technology Architect to support ESG at our client

The role supports the ESG initiative in response to new CSRD reporting requirements. You will be a key part of the architecture team, responsible for developing and driving the application and infrastructure architecture within the ESG area. Your work will ensure that solutions align with the overall technology landscape and support both current and future needs.

Location: Malmö, Sweden, 3 days onsite per week, up to 2 days remote.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

• 3–5 years of experience leading architecture work, including at least 4 years in an Enterprise Architecture context
• Proven experience with ESG and CSRD reporting from at least two of the following perspectives: Business, Data, IT Application, and Technology Architecture
• Strong ability to influence decisions across multiple organizational levels
• Deep knowledge of Enterprise Architecture, analytics/reporting, and retail
• Experience working with complex technology landscapes, including custom-built and purchased solutions (e.g., SAP)
• Ability to work in an outcome-driven environment and set strategic direction
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working in global companies and understanding international challenges
• Background in retail, consumer packaged goods, or manufacturing
• Familiarity with and ability to work in line with IKEA’s culture and values
• Experience defining canonical data formats and managing information flow in complex landscapes
• Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Valid EU work permit making you able to start working in Sweden right away
• Professional level of English - both oral and written
