Description

• You will work closely with production, scheduling and distribution to ensure efficient bulk supply across the region
• Lead the bulk planning process from weekly to tactical timeframes using various optimization tools
• Responsible for short-term supply planning, creating actionable plans that guide production and distribution
• Having direct impact on our ability to deliver on time and optimize our operation
• Work with systems such as SAP/SRM and Linde-specific platforms like LCS and iHistorian
• Optimize our logistics network using TBOO
• Provide hands-on operational support to production and distribution
• Plan plant shutdowns and manage bulk supply calculations
• Support cross-functional projects with supply data and insights
• Identify and drive process improvements and productivity initiatives
• Contribute to development and innovation projects

Qualifications

• A university degree in engineering and/or logistics or equivalent experience
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel
• A solution-oriented mindset and a “get things done” attitude
• Independent working style with high personal drive
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization
