Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable and secure Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and LWC.

• Customize and configure Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce Triggers, SOQL, SOSL, API, Flows, LWC, JavaScript, HTML and CSS.

• Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, business analysts, architects, and other developers to troubleshoot issues across environments and deliver enhancements.

• Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and deployment activities.

• Conduct unit testing and participate in release and deployment activities.

• Adhere to Salesforce best practices for development, testing, and documentation.

• Monitor platform updates and proactively assess their impact on existing customizations and workflows to continuously improve the platform.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

• Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and Flow.

• Experience with Sales, Service and Community Cloud.

• Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules.

• Proven experience integrating Salesforce with ERP systems and custom applications using REST/SOAP APIs, and experience with tools like Postman or Workbench.

• Familiarity with DevOps tools like Gearset, Copado, or Salesforce CLI and Git-based version control systems.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Salesforce certification is a plus

Nice-To-Have

• Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP platforms.

• Experience working in CI/CD environments and agile teams.

• Understanding enterprise integration patterns and middleware tools.

• Background in supporting QA automation and test-driven development.
