About This Opportunity
At our Ericsson, we are seeking a passionate and motivated individual to join our team and drive campaign activations for our Business Area Cloud Software & Services (BCSS) division. As a member of the BCSS team, you will have the opportunity to help develop, lead, and coordinate inbound marketing initiatives that drive awareness, perception, and demand generation for our Key Offering Areas (KOAs).
In this role, you will closely collaborate with our campaigns and activations team, social media, communications, and KOA drivers to help deliver against the wider BCSS transformation plans. You’ll have good marketing campaigns experience, and willing to learn more. You’ll bring your own specific expertise and knowledge of building and driving a digital first marketing plan that engages and delivers content and campaigns to a growing set of stakeholders and audiences on a global basis.
What You Will Do
* Develop 360 activation plans for designated KOA campaigns with specific focus on driving an always-on marketing approach
* Provide regional perspective into campaign development to support global market areas (MAs) with their outbound marketing plans
* Develop campaign & content activation assets for specified KOA campaigns, hero launches, insights, and strategic topics
* Apply storytelling principles to build emotive messages and experiences that engages the CSP market and customers.
* Track and measure success of your always-on marketing efforts to continually optimize the performance against targets & KPIs.
* Collaborate closely with external agencies & global social media community
* Professional agency & budget management to ensure ROI and compliance
You will bring:
* University degree preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent
* A minimum of 5 years proven experience working in B2B campaign planning and execution, including extensive knowledge of digital marketing strategies, Management & Reporting.
* Knowledge of content creation, curation, and distribution
* A good understanding of the customer journey and tactics that engage at various stages of the customer buying journey
* A good understanding of the key digital marketing tools and an excitement around AI
* Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
* Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
* Ability to encourage others and manage multiple stakeholders
* A curious, creative and experimental mindset
