The company operates in passenger transport, with a growing taxi business . Our vision is to offer safe, efficient and sustainable transport solutions for both companies and private individuals.

Job duties

As an administrator, you will have a central role in ensuring that day to operations are running smooth along with maintaining documentations and contacts with partners and customers. Your main tasks will be:

• Management of documentation
• Preparations of daily dispatch orders/rides
• Daily contact with partners and customers
• Answering emails, bookings, answering customers and partners calls for any queries.
• Support for taxi operations in terms of scheduling, reporting and coordination
• Preparing transfers summary for each contractor by end of month.

The position requires good communication as you have daily contact with both internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• Previous experience of administrative work
• Experience or education in transport, logistics
• Good computer skills and understanding of systems
• Very good knowledge of English both written and spoken
• knowledge of Swedish
• A structured working method, accuracy and good ability to prioritize
• A responsible and solution-oriented attitude
