Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior HVAC Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on

• Manage projects focused on customized refrigeration and HVAC/R systems from concept to delivery
• Perform technical design and calculations for tailored refrigeration solutions
• Liaise with classification societies, customers, and suppliers to ensure compliance and coordination
• Monitor both in-house and external production progress to ensure quality and deadlines are met
• Support procurement activities related to assigned projects
• Contribute to product development initiatives focused on sustainability and innovation
• Collaborate with sales teams by providing quotation support and technical input
• Prepare technical drawings and documentation for both sales and production teams
• Travel occasionally to customer sites, suppliers, and production units as required

What you bring

• University degree in engineering or equivalent background in mechanical, refrigeration, HVAC, or energy technology
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Inventor, or other 3D CAD software
• Strong general computer skills and comfort working with digital tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Swedish.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and systematically
• Strong results orientation and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Genuine interest in energy-efficient system design and natural refrigerants contributing to the green transition
