Assignment Description
We are looking for an experienced Integration Test Engineer to join a test team focused on the development and validation of next-generation control products. This role involves working in a dynamic development environment that emphasizes continuous integration, automation, and modern testing strategies.
You will play a key role in defining and implementing the test strategy, maintaining test infrastructure, and executing both automated and manual tests in virtual and physical test environments. The role also includes collaboration with cross-functional teams and participation in technical decision-making related to testing.

Responsibilities
- Lead and perform testing and verification of medium to high-complexity systems
- Validate product and system performance against technical specifications
- Develop, maintain, and optimize automated test infrastructure
- Provide input into design processes from a testing perspective
- Approve test results and contribute to test planning and scheduling
- Evaluate new test techniques and contribute to the continuous improvement of the test strategy
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to align on test priorities, requirements, and deliverables
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to team growth and knowledge sharing
Required Skills
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Data Science, or similar
- 2–5 years of experience in test development or test management
- Hands-on experience with containerized software development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Agile development and continuous integration practices
Preferred Experience
- Test management, test architecture, and automated test development
- Cybersecurity-related testing
- Experience as a Scrum Master or in Agile leadership roles
- Working knowledge of Azure DevOps, test data handling, and test reporting tools
