About the Role

As Team Manager, you’ll combine leadership with strategic responsibility for the customer experience. You’ll coach a skilled and engaged team while refining workflows, tools, and solutions within marketing automation.

Together with your team, you’ll develop smart, automated customer journeys with a strong focus on seamless omnichannel experiences. You’ll drive improvements in close collaboration with IT, analytics, and other key roles across Tre.

You’ll work in an agile environment, manage sprint planning, prioritize the backlog, and ensure continuous optimization of technology, processes, and ways of working. The role also involves acting as a vital bridge between business needs, customer expectations, and technical development, with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and mParticle as central platforms.

Who You AreWe’re looking for a responsive and committed leader who enjoys coaching cross-functional teams and has an interest in digital communication, CRM, or marketing automation. You likely have experience working at the intersection of technology, customer experience, and business development -perhaps as a Product Owner or in a similar role.

You have a structured and analytical approach and a passion for developing processes, technology, and people. You’re communicative, collaborative, and thrive in leading change - with the customer and team always at the center.

Experience working hands-on with CRM/MA tools, customer data platforms, and Jira is a plus, but what matters most is your deep understanding of the customer journey and the impact of communication, along with your drive and ability to lead development together with a dedicated team.
