Client agreement

The Company is hereby named "Jobza".

The Client is anyone who orders work done by this site.

This agreement is made between the company and the client and is valid until role client is removed.

Client pays asked price plus VAT using the payment possibilities available on site, as of now Jobza uses Stripe.

The client orders work to be done and Jobza provides possiblities for workers to try working with the tasks requested.

There is no guarantee task will be done before deadline, no quality assurance other than workers will try if possible.

After task is submitted by worker, Client can give followup on work done as "accepted", "fail" or "warning".

Worker will be paid when task is set to "accepted".

If work is not finished and accepted before deadline the task will not be done and worker will not get paid.

If work is submitted before deadline, and fails the worker can resubmitt the work until accepted.

If work is not finished before the paid "estimated time" the task is released to other workers.

If task passes deadline, the paid amount is collected into Clients credit account and can be used later.

Payments will never be refunded.

For any reason, Jobza or its contact persons, can never be responsible, in any situation for more than the amount of failed task.

Client is hereby informed that Client takes financial and business related risk and Jobza and its employees will try doing its best delivering the tasks asked for.

Jobza handles all employee related transactions to tax, insurance and the like.
