Employed personel shall at any moment keep a professional appearence when interacting with Clients.
Employee is a no circumstance obligated to travel or move to do work for Client.
Closeness to Client is preferred if task requires physical appearence.
In tasks, Client contact information is available, dont hesitate contacting, preferrably by email if something is hard.
Employed personel is hired as "behovsanställd" which means "employed when needed".
If no tasks is accepted, no salary will be paid. Amount of money is stated in the task.
Minimum salary follows the maximum payout from Akassan, regardless of your previous salary.
Net salary will be paid to bankaccount, provided social security number or "samordningsnummer" is registered.
Without registered social security number or "samordningsnummer", you will not get paid.
Employed is required to use its own equipment, computers software, phone, clothes, tools etc to fulfill the task until finished.
Salary can at all time be found at the page "Earnings" when logged in and this will be paid weekly when over 100 SEK.
Employee always have the ability to get additional 5% salary on total sum of project if project is created using the Employee promotion code. Meaning, if you cant do the work for any reason, you can promote jobza and help Client order projects so other employees can work.
Employee salary will not decrease if project have a promotion code.
Employee are always allowed to work with other jobs or having Jobza as a side income.
Employee can always work, even more than 160 hours per month if tasks are available.
Termination of this agreement should be written and will be terminated immidiately after payout of last salary i.e within a week.
Termination of agreement will occur immidiately upon misconduct.
Personal policy
Employee is encouraged to have free time having fun with friends and family and behave in a proud and good manner.
