Assignment Description

A Site Manager is sought for a technical installation project in the Sundsvall/Umeå region. The role involves overseeing site installation activities including team supervision, material planning, and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and follow up on installation work at the site
• 
  
• Supervise a team of 5–10 installers/mounting technicians
• 
  
• Ensure all installations are performed in accordance with electrical safety standards, the Machinery Directive, and IEC norms
• 
  
• Participate in daily meetings with site staff and stakeholders
• 
  
• Handle material procurement based on technical drawings and calculations
• 
  
• Manage site activities in line with project timelines and objectives
• 
  
• Engage in risk management and maintain thorough documentation
• 
  
• Actively contribute to HSE practices including SOT rounds and safety stops

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Installation Manager or foreman in technical projects
• 
  
• Solid knowledge of electrical safety, Machinery Directive, and IEC standards
• 
  
• Experience leading teams of installers or technicians
• 
  
• Proficient in both Swedish and English, spoken and written
• 
  
• Valid B driver’s license and availability to travel to site

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with FSM processes, ÄTOR, and installation modifications
• 
  
• Familiarity with risk assessments and HSE procedures such as Stop 5
• 
  
• Ability to read technical drawings and perform material calculations
• 
  
• Previous work in the industrial or energy sector
